When we went to the Farmers Market, we saw a variety of vegetables, flowers, potted plants, soaps, Amish baked goods, spices, some pre-made meals, handmade fermented and pickled products, coffee beans, olive oil, cheeses, olives, vinegars, beef, many varieties of mushrooms, chicken, eggs, lamb, etc. There is also art for sale, including practical items like wooden breadboards and bowls.

It is approximately 21 minutes or 13 miles to Chestertown from Betterton if you go via MD 292S and MD 213S.
